Senior Quantity Surveyor – Cladding & Facades
PACE Recruitment is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support high-profile cladding, façade and building envelope projects around Romford and wider Essex. With a strong pipeline of remediation and recladding works, this is a superb opportunity to step into a senior role with real progression and a flexible blend of office, site and home working.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead commercial management across cladding, façade, recladding and remediation packages
- Prepare and manage cost plans, budgets, valuations, variations and final accounts
- Procure and administer subcontract packages, including tender analysis and contract awards
- Produce accurate monthly cost/value reports and provide clear commercial forecasts
- Support project teams with risk management, change control and client/subcontractor liaison

What You’ll Need
- Proven Senior QS experience within cladding, facades, building envelope or similar construction workstreams
- Strong knowledge of UK construction contracts, procurement and commercial reporting
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with a confident, solutions-focused approach
- Relevant QS/Construction qualification (degree/HNC/HND) and a solid understanding of compliance and remediation pressures
