Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging individual and group tennis coaching sessions for all ages and abilities
- Create progressive coaching programmes that build skills, confidence and match play awareness
- Support club tennis activity including social sessions, leagues, competitions and junior development pathways
- Provide a safe, welcoming environment, maintaining high standards of coaching, safeguarding and customer care
- Build strong member relationships and help drive participation through great communication and energy

What You'll Need
- Recognised tennis coaching qualification (or working towards) with a genuine passion for player development
- Experience coaching a range of abilities, from beginners to improvers (and ideally performance level)
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional approach with members and families
- Knowledge of safeguarding and first aid is desirable (or willingness to complete required training)
