Account Manager - Recruitment Delivery Role

Prospero Teaching is looking for an Account Manager (Recruitment Delivery) to join our Chelmsford team, supporting schools across Essex with high-quality education staffing. Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for school vacancies, from brief through to placement
- Build strong relationships with schools and education professionals across Chelmsford and wider Essex
- Source, screen and match candidates using job boards, referrals and proactive outreach
- Coordinate compliance checks and documentation to meet safeguarding and education standards
- Track roles, activity and performance using CRM systems, ensuring a smooth candidate and client experience

What You'll Need
- Experience in recruitment delivery, resourcing, account management or a fast-paced admin/customer service role
- Confident communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities to deadlines
- Strong attention to detail, with a process-driven approach to compliance and onboarding
- A team-first mindset, resilience and motivation to hit targets and deliver great service
