Key Responsibilities
- Carry out functional assessments, reviewing how health conditions impact day-to-day activities
- Produce clear, accurate reports based on evidence, clinical judgement and assessment findings
- Conduct assessments professionally, ensuring a supportive and respectful experience for each individual
- Maintain high standards of quality, compliance and confidentiality in line with guidance and best practice
- Keep up to date with training and feedback to continuously improve assessment and reporting skills

What You'll Need
- Registered healthcare professional (e.g., NMC, HCPC or GMC) with recent clinical experience
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and ask the right questions
- Confident report writing, attention to detail and good IT skills
- A professional, impartial approach and commitment to delivering fair, evidence-based outcomes
