Key Responsibilities
- Complete thorough end-of-tenancy cleans to a professional checklist standard
- Deep clean kitchens, bathrooms and living areas, including limescale and grease removal
- Clean cupboards, appliances, fitted units and internal surfaces
- Wipe and sanitise doors, skirting, windows, frames and blinds where required
- Report any damages, missing items or access issues clearly and promptly

What You’ll Need
- Proven cleaning experience (end-of-tenancy, domestic, hospitality or commercial)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently to deadlines
- Reliability, professionalism and a polite manner in occupied or managed properties
- Desirable: own transport, knowledge of COSHH/safe chemical use, and ability to travel across Essex
