Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred home care, including personal care, dressing and mobility support
- Assist with meal preparation, hydration and prompting/administration of medication (where trained)
- Offer companionship and emotional support, helping clients maintain routines and confidence
- Complete care notes accurately and liaise with the wider team to ensure consistent care
- Travel between client visits across Saffron Walden and nearby areas; weekend shifts available (7am–10pm)

What You’ll Need
- A kind, reliable nature and commitment to delivering high-quality domiciliary care
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (mileage paid at 35p per mile)
- Availability for some weekend work and flexibility across morning/evening visits
- Previous care experience is helpful, but full training and ongoing support are provided
