Support Worker - Westcliff-on-Sea

Superior Healthcare Group is recruiting a Support Worker in Westcliff-on-Sea, supporting clients across the Southend-on-Sea area. This is a rewarding opportunity to deliver person-centred care, build genuine relationships, and make a real difference locally in Essex.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate 1:1 support tailored to individual needs, routines and preferences
- Assist with personal care, mobility, medication support (as trained), and daily living tasks
- Promote independence, dignity and wellbeing while maintaining a safe home environment
- Record accurate notes and follow agreed care plans, risk assessments and safeguarding procedures
- Communicate effectively with families and the wider healthcare team to ensure consistent care

What You’ll Need
- A caring, reliable approach with strong communication skills and a respectful manner
- Experience in care or support work is desirable, but full training can be provided
- Understanding of person-centred care and a commitment to high standards and confidentiality
- Ability to work day shifts and travel within the Westcliff-on-Sea/Southend-on-Sea area as required
