Key Responsibilities
- Carry out property valuations and listing appointments, converting leads into quality instructions
- Advise vendors on pricing, marketing strategy and timescales to achieve the best outcome
- Build a strong local network in Wickford and surrounding Essex areas to generate new business
- Work closely with the sales and lettings team to drive completions, move-ins and office performance
- Maintain accurate records, follow-up activity and pipeline updates to keep momentum high

What You'll Need
- Proven experience as an estate agent lister/valuer (or strong track record in sales within residential property)
- Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills and a professional, customer-first approach
- Local knowledge of Wickford/Essex property market and a proactive attitude to business generation
- Full UK driving licence (car allowance included within basic salary)
