Community Rehabilitation Programme Facilitator

The Forward Trust is seeking a Community Rehabilitation Programme Facilitator to join our Essex Community Rehabilitation Centre in Wickford. This part-time (21 hours per week) role is a rewarding opportunity to support people in Essex to build stability, confidence and lasting positive change.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver structured rehabilitation and recovery-focused sessions, both one-to-one and in groups
- Support participants to set goals, build life skills and engage with local services in Wickford and wider Essex
- Maintain accurate records, track progress and contribute to reporting and outcomes
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and partner agencies to provide joined-up support
- Promote a safe, inclusive, trauma-informed environment that encourages motivation and accountability

What You’ll Need
- A genuine commitment to helping people make positive changes, with a compassionate, non-judgemental approach
- Experience in support work, rehabilitation, recovery, or community services (desirable)
- Strong communication skills and confidence facilitating groups
- Good organisation and IT skills for case notes, scheduling and data entry
