This permanent opportunity is ideal if you enjoy building relationships, coordinating projects and making a real difference to residents across Essex through lifelong learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate ACL projects from planning to delivery, keeping timelines, actions and outcomes on track
- Build and maintain partnerships with local organisations, community groups and stakeholders across Essex
- Support funding, performance and contract monitoring processes, ensuring accurate records and reporting
- Organise meetings, events and engagement activity, preparing agendas, papers and follow-up actions
- Work closely with internal teams to promote learning programmes and improve learner participation
What You’ll Need
- Experience coordinating projects, partnerships or community programmes, with strong organisational skills
- Confident communication skills and the ability to work with a wide range of partners and colleagues
- Good administrative capability, including data handling, reporting and attention to detail
- A current, unrestricted right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available)
