Key Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager with day-to-day pub operations, service standards and team performance
- Lead shifts, coach staff and help create a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere for guests
- Maintain excellent food and drink quality, presentation and compliance with company procedures
- Help manage stock control, ordering and waste to protect margins and profitability
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety and licensing requirements are consistently met

What You’ll Need
- Experience in hospitality, pub, restaurant or bar supervision (Assistant Manager or Supervisor level ideal)
- Confident people skills and the ability to motivate, train and support a team
- A guest-focused mindset with strong attention to detail and pace during busy services
- Flexibility to work a 35–40 hour week, including evenings and weekends
