Lead Officer – Housing ICT (Cx Housing) opportunity with Casanovas Recruitment Solutions, supporting a key housing systems project for a public sector client. Based in Epping with predominantly remote working, this part-time contract (3 days per week) offers strong day rates and the chance to make a real impact across Essex housing services. Key Responsibilities - Lead and support delivery of housing ICT workstreams focused on Cx Housing, ensuring milestones are met - Act as the key point of contact between housing teams, ICT, suppliers and stakeholders to gather requirements and resolve issues - Oversee system configuration, testing, data quality and change control to maintain service continuity - Provide project reporting, risk/issue management and clear updates to senior stakeholders - Support user adoption through guidance, documentation and process improvement What You'll Need - Proven experience in Housing ICT, with strong hands-on knowledge of Cx Housing - Track record of leading or coordinating housing systems projects within local authority or social housing environments - Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate technical detail clearly - Understanding of project governance, testing/UAT, and data/process mapping (desirable) Why Apply Enjoy flexible remote working with occasional Epping site visits, a competitive £500–£650 day rate inside IR35, and the opportunity to shape a high-profile housing systems improvement.
