Key Responsibilities
- Take end-to-end ownership of technical and production operations across the touring portfolio
- Build, lead and support technical teams, contractors and suppliers to deliver consistent standards
- Plan schedules, resources, logistics and equipment requirements for multiple concurrent productions
- Manage budgets, procurement and cost control while maintaining quality and compliance
- Drive safe working practices, risk assessments and technical documentation across all projects

What You’ll Need
- Proven senior experience in technical/production management within touring, theatre, live events or entertainment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate stakeholders and troubleshoot under pressure
- Confident budget management, supplier negotiation and operational planning experience
- Excellent communication, organisation and office-based reporting skills (knowledge of H&S best practice is highly desirable)
