Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver audit engagements from planning through completion, ensuring quality and compliance
- Lead, coach and develop audit team members, allocating work and reviewing files
- Build strong client relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact and resolving queries proactively
- Oversee budgets, timelines and risk, escalating issues and driving efficient delivery
- Support practice growth by identifying opportunities and improving audit processes and standards

What You’ll Need
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with strong UK practice audit experience
- Proven track record managing audits, teams and client portfolios in a professional services environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a commercial mindset
- Strong working knowledge of UK auditing standards and financial reporting; RI potential is a bonus
