Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the care team to deliver person-centred care across each shift (7:15am–2:30pm / 2:15pm–9:30pm)
- Support care planning, ensuring residents’ needs, preferences and outcomes are accurately recorded and followed
- Carry out hands-on care when needed, promoting independence, comfort and wellbeing
- Monitor standards, uphold safeguarding and health & safety procedures, and respond promptly to concerns
- Communicate clearly with residents, families and colleagues to maintain a calm, supportive environment

What You'll Need
- Experience in a senior care role or as a Care Team Leader within a care home or similar setting
- A compassionate, professional approach with strong leadership and teamwork skills
- Good understanding of person-centred care, safeguarding and best practice in elderly care
- Confident record-keeping and communication skills; relevant care qualifications are desirable
