Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level diary, inbox and meeting management, anticipating needs and resolving conflicts
- Prepare agendas, board-level packs, briefings and accurate minutes, tracking actions to completion
- Act as a trusted coordination point between the Chief Executive, senior leaders, partners and external stakeholders
- Handle confidential information with professionalism, ensuring secure document control and record keeping
- Support projects and corporate priorities, maintaining clear timelines and follow-up communications

What You’ll Need
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant/PA supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and confidence managing competing priorities
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships across teams and external partners
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience producing high-quality reports is a plus
